Faceless doesn't mean effortless.

Running a faceless channel means doing every job yourself, or paying someone for each one, for every single video.

Most automation tools fix this by taking you out of the loop. But YouTube's monetization rules now explicitly call out mass-produced, repetitive content. Your channel needs videos you've actually looked at, not a feed you hope is fine.

  • Writing a script that holds attention for the full minute.
  • Recording, or generating, a voiceover that doesn't sound flat.
  • Editing scenes, timing captions word by word, and fixing typos.
  • Finding music you're actually allowed to use.
  • Uploading on schedule, every week, without missing a slot.
  • Doing all of it again for your second, third and fourth channel.

How it works

Automate YouTube Shorts in four steps, without losing the wheel.

  1. 01

Start with a topic or your script

    Type a one-line idea, or paste a script you've already written. Pick a length: 45, 55 or 60 seconds.

  2. 02

    Veltra makes the video

Your choice of AI model writes the script. Veltra adds the voiceover, word-by-word captions, motion-graphic scenes, your logo and music, then masters the sound and runs a quality check.

  3. 03

    You review and approve

Watch it, leave notes pinned to the exact second, and approve it when it's right. Nothing moves on until it's approved.

  4. 04

    It publishes on your schedule

Veltra uploads it to your channel as private, with your publish time set, then tracks how it performs.

Features

Everything a finished video needs, in one place.

Not just another AI YouTube Shorts generator. Veltra handles every step from script to scheduled upload, and keeps each one editable.

  • Scripts from your model

Drafts written by your choice of AI model, or your own script, split into scenes and fully editable.

  • Natural AI voiceover

Pick a built-in voice, or connect your premium voice account, and preview it before you build.

  • Word-by-word captions

Animated captions timed to every spoken word, placed where YouTube's buttons won't cover them.

  • Motion-graphic scenes

Big stats, comparisons, checklists, charts, grids, statements and end cards, animated for you.

  • Your logo, safely placed

Drag your logo into place. The editor keeps it inside YouTube's safe zones.

    Brand your videos

  • Licensed music and sound

Search CC0 and CC-BY tracks, set levels in the mixer, and keep every licence on record.

  • Mastered, then quality-checked

Consistent loudness on every video, plus automatic checks for length, loudness and resolution.

  • Scheduled, private-first uploads

Each approved video uploads as private with its publish time set. YouTube makes it public on schedule.

Use cases

Built for the niches faceless channels run on.

  • Space and science

Big numbers and clean comparisons, captioned word by word.

  • History

Dates, places and one strong statement per scene.

  • Money basics

Simple rules and step-by-step lists that you check before they go out.

  • Nature and Earth

Title cards, big stats and a calm pace for explainer channels.

Control

Automation does the work. You make the call.

Veltra is built around one rule: nothing reaches your channel until a person approves it. Here's how it keeps you in charge without slowing you down.

One board for every video

See every video's status at a glance: draft, building, in review, approved, scheduled, published. No spreadsheets, no chasing.

Screenshot: Veltra's video list for an example channel, with each video's stage from draft to published.

Notes pinned to the second

Pause at 0:12, type 'caption typo', and the note sticks to that moment. Your editor clicks it, fixes it and marks it resolved.

Screenshot: correction notes pinned to 0:12, 0:34 and 0:48 in a Short, one resolved and two still open.

Approvals that actually gate

A video can't be scheduled or uploaded until it's approved. For teams, two-person approval means no one can approve their own work alone.

Screenshot: a video in review, with the approval checklist that must be complete before it can be scheduled.
  • Every change on record

Revision history for every script and a full audit log of who changed, approved or published what, and when.

  • Checks before anyone watches

Automatic quality checks catch wrong length, off-target loudness, resolution problems and logos in unsafe zones before a reviewer spends a minute.

Channels

Manage multiple YouTube channels from one workspace.

Switch channels in one click. Each channel keeps its own team, look, sound and schedule.

Screenshot: Veltra's publishing calendar for an example channel, with slots on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 18:30 and one video planned.
  • Channel switcher. Every channel you run, in one workspace. Each one's videos, schedule and analytics stay separate.

  • A cadence per channel. Set publishing days and a time for each channel, for example Mon, Wed and Fri at 18:30. Veltra opens four weeks of slots for you to fill.

  • Roles that fit your team. Give each person only what they need, per channel: channel admin, script editor, script reviewer, video reviewer, visual editor, audio mixer, commenter or viewer.

  • Invite by email. Send an invite, choose their roles, done. Change or revoke access any time.

  • Analytics side by side. See which channel and which video is working, using views, engaged views, % viewed, shares and subscribers gained.

Optional

Evidence mode for health, finance and science channels

Turn it on and every number in your video becomes a fact linked to its source. Veltra checks research papers against their DOI, and a reviewer signs off each fact before the video can be approved. It's built for niches where one wrong number costs you trust.

For developers

Plug Veltra into your automation tools.

A REST API with scoped tokens lets your scripts start drafts, queue builds, leave notes and schedule videos. Signed webhooks tell your automation tools the moment a build finishes, a video is approved or a video goes live. The API follows the same approval rules as the studio, so automation can never skip a review.

Automate with the API and webhooks

Webhook delivery
POST /your/webhook

Questions creators ask

What is Veltra?

Veltra is YouTube automation software for faceless channels. You give it a topic or a script. It produces a finished vertical video with script, voiceover, captions, motion-graphic scenes, logo and music. After you approve it, Veltra uploads it to your channel on your schedule. Think of it as an AI YouTube Shorts generator with a review and publishing workflow built around it. You don't need editing skills: new accounts start in a simple step-by-step mode, and an advanced mode, a REST API and webhooks are there when you want more control.

Is a faceless, automated channel allowed on YouTube? Will my videos be monetized?

Faceless channels are allowed, and YouTube says using AI isn't a problem in itself. What its monetization rules reject is mass-produced, repetitive content that doesn't add original value. No tool can guarantee monetization or policy approval, and Veltra doesn't. Veltra helps you make each video properly: a script written for that video, your edits, and a person approving it before it publishes. Your channel's content and choices are still yours to own.

Does Veltra post videos automatically?

Only after approval. Once a video is approved and placed in a slot, Veltra can upload it as a private video with its publish time set, and YouTube makes it public on time. If a video isn't approved, it can't be scheduled or uploaded.

What do the voices sound like? Do I have to disclose AI voices?

You can choose from built-in natural voices or connect your premium voice account, and preview any voice before building. YouTube asks creators to disclose realistic altered or synthetic content, and Veltra has a setting that marks AI narration as altered or synthetic content when it uploads.

Is the music safe to use?

Veltra's music search only lets you import tracks licensed CC0 or CC-BY from Freesound, and it keeps each track's licence and required credit on record. You can also upload music you own or have licensed. Only use audio you have the rights to.

Music and sound levels

Can I run several channels, with a team?

Yes. One workspace holds multiple YouTube channels, each with its own schedule, look and analytics. You invite people by email and give them roles per channel, such as script editor, reviewer, visual editor or audio mixer.

Can Veltra make long videos?

Not yet. Today Veltra makes vertical Shorts of 45 to 60 seconds. Long-form 5–10 minute videos are next on our roadmap, and waitlist members get early access. Veltra also doesn't use stock footage, generate AI faces or avatars, design thumbnails, or post to TikTok or Instagram.

How much does Veltra cost?

Plans start at $29 a month, or ₹1,499 a month in India with GST included, for one channel and a month of video credits. Pro and Studio add channels, seats and the API, and annual billing gives two months free. Reviewers are always free. People we invite from the waitlist before public launch get a founding price: 25% off for as long as they stay subscribed. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

See plans and pricing

Will Veltra build me a "cash cow" channel?

Veltra won't promise income, views or subscribers, and you should be wary of any tool that does. It removes the busywork of producing and publishing, so you can spend your time on topics, scripts and quality, which is what decides whether a channel works.

Who owns the videos and my data?

Your scripts, videos, logos and music library belong to your workspace, and videos upload to your own YouTube channel through your Google sign-in. You can disconnect YouTube at any time. Any AI or voice keys you connect are stored encrypted.
